Order Processing & Handling Time

We know you are excited to receive your vintage media. All orders are processed and packed at our Tulsa, OK facility within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Transit Times

We ship all orders securely using USPS or UPS. Our total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days (this includes 1–2 days for order processing/handling and 3–5 days for carrier transit), depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping:We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $29.99.
• Standard Shipping:For orders under $29.99, our standard flat-rate shipping is $7.95.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we pack our vintage items (especially vinyl and glass) with extreme care, transit damage can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@zionvintagemedia.com so we can make it right.
