Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage finds. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We accept returns for both defective items (e.g., damaged in transit) and non-defective items (e.g., customer remorse or change of mind). If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Because our catalog consists of vintage and historical media (magazines, textbooks, cookbooks, and vinyl), items must be returned in the exact condition they were received.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at support@zionvintagemedia.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to our Tulsa, OK facility.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets our condition requirements, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Your refund will then be processed securely via Stripe, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
